HR Manager

Location: Central Manchester

We are looking for an HR Systems & Operations professional to join our team where you will get the chance to create a meaningful impact in a dynamic, high energy company.

The role requires high energy, initiative, process creation and improvement experience and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have:

  • 3+ years of HR operations experience, ideally in global, fast-paced, high growth tech/ media environment
  • A clear, approachable, and friendly communication style and customer-service attitude
  • A mind for detail
  • Strong organisational skills, a proven ability to execute processes, and a flexible approach to problem-solving
  • Discretion and judgment handling confidential and sensitive data
  • Technical curiosity and interest in evolving trends in HR products and services
  • Strong background in tech or fast growth environment
  • This role will be reporting directly to our COO, and you will build great relationships with other members of the senior team, as well as more broadly

Specific Duties

Take ownership and delivery of the employee lifecycle process, including leading the employee on-boarding process, promotions and transfers, appraisals, performance management process and record keeping

  • Development and Review of HR policies and processes
  • Manage active recruitment across all teams in UK
  • Manage and continually improve benefits and perks that drive employee retention and engagement
  • Provide advice and support to line managers
  • Coordinate and drive employee training
  • Helping to measure employee satisfaction, identifying areas that require improvement
